The Mayor of Accra, Mohammed Adjei Sowah has questioned whether the legalisation of motorcycle for commercial purposes popularly known as ‘Okada’ was a sustainable approach to address Ghana’s long-term transportation challenges as the nation strives to attain the Sustainable Development Goals.
