Ghanaian actress Lydia Forson is questioning President Akufo Addo’s decision to allow night clubs to operate in this period of the coronavirus outbreak in Ghana.
According to the popular actress, “all that bumping, grinding and sweat” which are elements that potentially cause the spread of the virus.
President Akufo Addo as part of measures to curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus has directed churches, mosques and other social gathering to be suspended.
In a televised national address Sunday night, he said “I have decided, in the interest of public safety and protection of our population, to review the public gathering advisories earlier announced.”
But in a tweet, Lydia Forson believes places like the night club which also has a lot of people in attendance should be asked to close down.
